Work · 6 projects
Platforms, storefronts, apps and the brand work around them. Full case studies with real outcomes are being written; each project opens its own page with the site running inside a laptop and a phone.
01
We work out what the project involves before quoting it. A number given before that is a guess, and guesses get corrected upward once the work starts. Discovery is chargeable on larger builds, and the specification it produces belongs to you whether or not we build it.
02
A named person holds the whole project and sits on every call. You never explain the same context twice, and you never carry a message between two of our specialists, which is the tax most people are unknowingly paying when they hire three suppliers.
03
You see the real thing at intervals rather than one reveal at the end. Feedback in week two costs a day. The same feedback in week ten costs a fortnight, and that arithmetic is the whole reason projects go over.
04
Every engagement has a date on it. At the end you get the code, the accounts, the documentation and a walkthrough, whether or not anything continues. A project you cannot leave is a subscription nobody described as one.
Most of the projects above used several of these at once, which is the reason they are sold as one engagement rather than as a menu. A storefront that nobody can find is an expensive brochure, and a campaign pointed at a page that loses people is a way of paying to discover a problem you already had. Each page below says who the service suits, and more usefully, when buying it would be a mistake.
