Ranking for your own company name is a phone book entry. It tells you people who already know you can find you, which was never the hard part. The work that matters is ranking for what people type when they do not know you exist yet.
That starts technical. A site Google cannot crawl efficiently, or renders differently from what your visitors see, will not rank regardless of how good the writing is. We fix indexation, structure, speed and schema first, because everything after that compounds on top of it.
Then it becomes editorial. Pages that answer a real question completely, internal links that make the important pages easy to reach, and enough genuine expertise on the page that a person landing from a search feels they found the right place rather than a keyword trap.
01Is this the right thing to buy
Buy this when
Businesses where people search for the problem before they know who solves it. If someone types a description of their situation rather than a company name, there is ground to win. It also suits anyone whose site was built without search in mind, because the technical gap there is usually wide and cheap to close.
Do not buy this when
If your category has almost no search volume, SEO is the wrong first investment and we would rather tell you before you spend. Genuinely new categories are the clearest case: nobody searches for a thing they do not know exists. Paid social and direct outreach do that job better until the demand exists to capture.
What moves the price
A one-off technical audit is priced as a fixed project and is often the right place to start, because it tells both of us whether the rest is worth doing. Ongoing work is priced monthly against a defined scope of content and technical fixes, and the main variables are site size and how much content production is included. We do not price against ranking promises. Anyone who does is either buying ads or selling something they cannot control.
02Included
- Technical audit
- Crawlability, indexation, canonicals, redirects, Core Web Vitals and rendering. Delivered as a prioritised list, not a 90 page PDF.
- Keyword and intent map
- Terms grouped by what the searcher actually wants, then matched to the page that should own each one. Duplicate targeting gets resolved.
- On-page work
- Titles, headings, internal links, structured data and copy revisions on the pages that carry commercial weight.
- Local search
- Google Business Profile, NAP consistency across directories, and location signals for Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali.
- Content briefs
- What to write, which terms it should cover, which existing pages it should link to, and what the page has to beat to rank.
- Reporting against enquiries
- Rankings are the leading indicator. The number we report on is qualified enquiries from organic search.
03How it runs
- 01
Crawl and diagnose
A full technical crawl plus Search Console history, so we start from what Google already thinks of the site rather than from a guess.
- 02
Fix the foundation
Indexation and speed problems first. There is no point writing for terms the crawler cannot reach the page to read.
- 03
Map pages to intent
Every commercial term gets exactly one page. Where two pages compete for the same term, one wins and the other redirects or changes job.
- 04
Publish and measure
New pages ship in batches with a baseline captured first, so the effect of each batch is separable from the last.
04Questions we get asked
How long before SEO shows results?
Technical fixes can move things within weeks because you are removing a brake rather than adding a push. Content and authority take longer, usually three to six months before the trend is clear. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying ads or lying.
Do you use link building?
Only where a link would exist anyway: directories your industry actually uses, local citations, coverage earned by something genuinely publishable. We do not buy link packages. The rankings they produce are rented and the penalty risk lands on your domain.
Can you guarantee a specific ranking?
No, and a guarantee is a signal to walk away. Google does not sell placement in organic results and nobody controls the algorithm. What we can commit to is the work, the reporting, and an honest read on whether a term is winnable before you spend on it.
