One team holds the camera and the calendar.
The usual arrangement is a videographer, an editor and a social manager who have never met, and the cost of that shows up as footage nobody can use: shot landscape for a vertical placement, graded for a screen nobody watches it on, delivered a fortnight after the moment it was made for. Every one of those is a coordination failure rather than a craft failure.
Here the person cutting it knows what it is for, because they were in the room when it was planned. That is the entire argument, and it is why this sits beside the services list rather than being sold as a separate studio. The build work is on work.
